(Belated) Watchtober 2017 Day 16 - Pac-Man

EDIT: Changed the background and fixed the lighting.

My first Pac-Man fanart since 2013!  Anyway, I want to practice coloring some more and what not.
Due to hand injury and working on some commissioned work, this took longer than I imagined. October is always the best month to get out of the comfort zone.
